Homework expectations at Hightown are as follows:

In Early Years and Key Stage 1 the expectation is that all children read and share their reading book with a parent/carer and complete their phonics workbook at home every day. 

Weekly spellings are also sent home in Key Stage 1 and later in the year for children in Early Years.

Half term grids are also sent out each half term for every year group; these encourage all children to complete a range of learning tasks across a range of curriculum subjects.
